Marco Benevento | February 2010 Tour Dates & New Album Plans

Hello Bus Riders, Real Morning Party People and Royal Potato Family–

We hope this finds you all doing well. Just a quick note here to bring you up to speed on what Marco Benevento has got in the works.

For the most part, the TRIO has been laying low as of late while Marco works on a brand new studio record. We’ll be making an announcement about this next week, but for the time being we can tell you that Marco, Reed and Andrew spent a week at Bryce Goggin’s studio Trout Recording in Brooklyn, NY laying down all sorts of 22nd century, multi-dimensional jams. These tracks were then taken back to Marco’s basement where they are currently being sculpted into songs to be born to the world. Titled BETWEEN NEEDLES & NIGHTFALL, the album is tentatively pegged for a May 11 release through the Royal Potato Family.

And just as the final mixes are being tweaked by the amazing Mell Dettmer in Seattle, the TRIO with Dave Dreiwitz and Andrew Barr will take a four day run down the Eastern corridor. If you’re in the vicinity, come on out and warm your bones with us!!!
